You are invited to hang out with Michael Stevens (Youthman) and experience some audio demonstrations and then enjoy a full movie in the incredible Van Cave Theater. Numerous experts in the home theater industry have ranked this highly engineered, $1.3-million-dollar theater as the best sounding theater they’ve ever experienced, and CEPro Magazine recently awarded the Van Cave Theater the “Best Home Theater of 2025.”
Your experience will include food, snacks, popcorn, and your choice of beverages (including beer or cocktails). In addition, you can tour the prominent estate and spend some time racing on a high-end, full-motion Podium One racing simulator.
100% of the ticket price is a donation to Amazi Water, a high-impact water charity that builds solar-powered clean water systems in Burundi, Africa.
Each participant will be provided with a tax-deductible giving receipt for their donation. Every $15 of your donation will bring clean water to one person for a generation, and every $200 of your donation is projected to prevent a single child from dying due to a waterborne disease.

The 13.7.8 Van Cave Theater features JBL Synthesis’s flagship speakers, dual Ascendo 24-inch infrasonic subwoofers, a 32-channel Trinnov based audio processor, and 46,400 watts of pristine amplification. The 194-inch screen is a Seymour-Screen Excellence, with a Sony Professional 4K laser projector driven through a MadVR video processor. The theaters’ extensive acoustic treatment and design was a result of over 5,000 computer simulations. This highly isolated theater effectively eliminates all background noise through its room within a room within a room design. “Quiet Room” testing rated the room at NC-5, which is 10-15db quieter than a professional recording studio, making the Van Cave Theater one of the quietest cinemas in the world.
