Leadership

We understand the need and are dedicated to the solution. It is personal — more than 95% of the ministry’s workforce is from Burundi and surrounding countries. Amazi Water is registered in Texas as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization governed by an international Board of Directors, and operations are managed by a senior leadership team comprised of Burundian and multinational staff members.

An independent international Board of Directors governs Amazi Water. The board holds to the mission, protects the integrity of ministry objectives, and ensures consistent adherence to board policies. The board enhances an environment of accountability and maximizing excellence in carrying out the Lord’s work while ensuring structural integrity and protecting the long-range future of the organization.
